We are currently seeking a Meeting and Events Planner for our on-site facility in Cleveland Ohio to:Develop plans for events which include requirements for location, lodging, meeting facilities, technology and related activities. May serve as lead contact and be on-site as required Coordinate contract arrangements with meeting vendors Research information on major meeting sites, facilities and destinations, and develop preferred venues.Prepare reports for Management including appropriate summary analyzing variances.Assist agents in booking travel reservations for associates. Keep all client and traveler information confidential at all timesOther Duties as AssignedCollege Degree preferred2+ years experience in meeting planningCorporate travel knowledge helpful

Required Skills Certification in Meeting PlanningAdvanced level GDS knowledgeProficiency in Microsoft OfficeBe flexible to handle and react promptly and efficiently to constant changeStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.Demonstrated organizational skills
