Job Description
* Welcoming guests, assisting them with the registration process
* Making sure to follow all the required check in / out process
* Assisting guests with different matters such as: entertainment, dinning, travel arrangements, directions, etc.
* Helping guest to resolve any complaints in a professional manner
* Taking reservations over the phone
* Selling rooms to walk ins
* Closing the shift following procedures
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
* Must have previous Hotel experience
* Must be familiar with the Night Audit procedures
* Must have excellent communications skills
* Must present a personable, helpful and professional image
* Familiar with Opera PMS a plus
* Must be fluent in English and Spanish a plus
