Job Description:

 

The Night Manager will address guest issues that arise during the evening and overnight shifts and resolve them to guests’ satisfaction. Responds to security calls and provides support with difficult or sensitive situations. Conducts inspections of public areas and vacant villas and reports issues to department managers. Oversees evening events on property, and support to departments in absence of manager. Provides summaries of issues and concerns through nightly reports, emails, telephone calls/voicemails as appropriate. 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-4 years experience in a hotel/resort environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience as a Front Office Manager or Manager on Duty and/or previous management and timeshare knowledge is a plus. Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
