Occupancy Manager- Dallas

Value Place, (www.valueplace.com) the fastest growing brand in the history of the lodging industry seeks a Regional Occupancy Manager. This manager will oversee the rapid expansion of our brand in the Dallas- Fort Forth Metroplex. This position reports to the Director of Field Development and is responsible to implement local marketing programs designed to build traffic and increase revenue.

We seek a marketing professional with prior background working for a service oriented company. Our business model is so unique that prior hospitality experience is not needed. A proven record of success in outside cold calling sales is required. This job requires: 1) superior verbal and written communication skills, 2) proficient organizational and time management skills, 3) experience in developing leads and compiling strategic market assessments. We need a seasoned professional who has achieved high volume results in the past.

This is a critical job because you will be responsible to direct our marketing program for the entire region. This outside sales professional will be responsible for a concentrated sales effort to businesses to promote our brand image; and sell directly to area business clients. Some 60% of our guests are placed in our short-term hotel property by our marketing strategies. Our corporate clients include the local manufacturing companies, regional medical centers, national restaurant chains and construction companies. Expect to travel 75% of the time.
