Online Content Manager

Responsibilities:

 

· Source, edit, repurpose and publish original and syndicated destination, experiential and general interest travel content from web feeds, publishing syndicates, freelancers, etc. for use on LHW websites

· Monitor and moderate on and off site web logs and discussion areas, answer customer concerns and intervene on their behalf as needed, forward to other departments when required

· Coordinate regional resources to assure thorough review of local language content development efforts in order to ensure consistency with the overall brand message

· Be the primary day to day contact for third party and syndicated content providers interested in publishing articles, travel guides, etc on Leading Hotels branded websites

· Support the Director of Marketing Technology in the ongoing development and review of Leading’s online strategy, content workflows, review processes, etc…

 

Requirements:

 

· 2+ years of experience in the online or e-commerce space or as a web producer in an advertising or creative setting

· Background in publishing, journalism or editing

· Strong analytical, project management and organization skills

· Excellent communication, editorial and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task and work independently

· Hospitality background is preferred, but not required

· Fluency in Spanish, Japanese or French is a plus

· Bachelors degree
