Position Summary

The Operations Manager is a key management position charged with maintaining and growing existing business along with managing site managers in various locations.

Essential FunctionsMaintain effective oral and written communications with clients, customers, employees and the whole operations team. Prioritized work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work. Manages budgets and controls expenses effectively. Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard company operating procedures. Manages, trains and coaches Area Supervisors and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction. Takes overall responsibility for safety compliance and ensuring safety is a top priority. Oversees equipment maintenance and technology troubleshooting. Review pricing/rate decisions considering current market conditions.

Position RequirementsPrevious P & L responsibility. Must have the ability to multi-task, manage multiple clients and establish priorities. Demonstrate ability to lead people and get results through others. Strong problem solving and mediation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to coach and train employees. Previous management experience in one of the following fields would be beneficial: retail, hospitality, airline service field or restaurant industry. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook business software. Previous experience managing multiple locations. Must be a current full-time resident of Honolulu.
