Outside Sales Representative

 

This key position will represent the North Dallas Classic Residence by Hyatt community through public speaking and relationship/brand building. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events for future residents as well as marketing both facilities, and building community awareness with existing clients.

Experience in marketing/community relations with an emphasis in outside sales or previous outreach experience highly preferred. Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong rapport; excellent communication/presentation skills, prior public speaking experience to groups/organizations. Requires the ability to work occasional weekend or evening assignments, valid driver's license and use of personal car for appointments. Must be a self-starter with strong follow through skills. College degree and experience in senior housing a plus.
