Property Manager

 

IMT Residential is a leading, nationwide multi-family residential investment and property management firm headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California. We're a rapidly growing company with a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate.

 

The Property Manager is responsible for overall property operations, site management and profitability of a community located within Westlake Village. 

 

Principal Tasks Achieve occupancy goals by renewing existing leases and creating new leases Responsible for creating and closing purchase orders, reconcile monthly expenditures, and control expenses Monitor vendor performance Work directly with site staff including hiring, training and coaching of onsite staff Lead and direct on site staff consisting of Assistant Manager, Service Manager, Leasing Consultants and Service Technicians Deliver outstanding customer service to our residents; handle resident complaints as necessary Ensure IMT’s high quality standards are achieved Assist corporate personnel with reports and research Report directly to Regional Manager

Requirements Excellent communication skills including strong customer service; Bilingual skills a plus Ability and desire to lead a team High School Diploma 

 

Qualifications and Experience 2+ years experience as a Manager within the multi-family housing industry Hands on experience leading a successful property management team Computer skills with MRI experience preferred
