Value Place has a Property Manager position open in Omaha, Nebraska for energetic, responsible leaders. This job utilizes skills in Management and Marketing while providing rapid advancement opportunities. The Property Manager oversees all aspects of the property - Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, & Marketing.

Qualification & Requirements

 

Strong skills at selection, training and motivation of staff.

Strong personal communication skills

Knowledge of computers systems, maintenance, and sales are necessary.

Prior Experience as Hotel Manager or Apartment Property Manager preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
