Job Description:
Event Planning which includes booking seminars, preparing seminar schedules, researching and finding appropriate facilities, negotiating conference room, food and beverages, and equipment costs.

Required knowledge and skills:
Minimum of 5 years Customer Service experience
Computer literacy with Outlook, Excel, Word and the Internet
Professional demeanor with attention to detail

Must have US passport or birth certificate and pass background check.
