RECEPTIONIST WITH DATA ENTRY SKILLS-WARWICK

We currently have a need for a Receptionist in our Warwick, Rhode Island  location.  If you are self-motivated, goal oriented, a multi-tasker, strong communicator and good listener then you may be the right individual we are looking for to be a part of our team!

 

Job Purpose/Objective:

 

The proper candidate will be responsible for organizing the reception area, be the point person for the public image of the company through phone and reception duties; and supporting all employees’ basic administrative needs and office effectiveness.  Your ability to multi-task is a must!

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential task satisfactory.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and abilities that are necessary. 

 

·         Pleasant and professional phone demeanor and delivers great customer service.

·         Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

·         Professional appearance, conduct, attitude and good attendance are required.

·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·         Accurate data entry and computer skills.

·         Strong familiarity with office machines including fax, copiers, scanners, printers.

·         Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team environment.

 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Reception:

 

·         Meet and greet all visitors and clients with a concierge approach and over the top customer service attitude.

·         Acts as point of origin for most clients, carrying out receptionist duties, and directing clients and visitors to the proper room and staff member.

·         Act as primary receptionist ensuring all calls are received and handled in a timely and professional manner and transferring or delivering proper messages when needed.

 

Administrative Support

 

·         Coordinates appointments with clients, technicians and consultants and entering the details in the weekly schedule.

·         Understanding of cash balancing.

·         Handles the invoicing of clients for the center, collecting fees when required, handling payments and bank deposits.

·         Provides the corporate office with a variety of reports as directed by the General Manager and managing directors.
