Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

 

A fast growing company in the hotel & hospitality industry is seeking a Regional Sales Manager.  This position is expected to achieve or exceed established sales goals through direct sales with contacts in pre-agreed cities and hotels.

 

· Strong negotiation skills

· Heavy cold calling and business development skills

· Generate contracts monthly

· Home Office

· Generate partnership contracts from targeted individual and chain hotels

· Maintain business with existing clients

· Ability to be self motivated, driven, work independently yet work as part of a corporate team. 

· Supports team initiatives and goals, cooperates and demonstrates positive attitude toward others; will assist in all areas as needed.

· Travel 25% within territory and to corporate office

 

 

 

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

 Minimum three years direct sales experience in the hotel industryBusiness to business sales experienceExperience presenting to groups or individuals using WEBEX or similar PreferredBachelor’s Degree in Business or a related fieldProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Persuasiveness/Sales Ability: Identifies customers, key decision makers, customizes approach, respond to objections appropriately, closes dealsHigh Energy, self motivated, maintains high productivity/activity levelMiami candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
