RESERVATIONS/CALL CENTER MANAGER

We are seeking a professional, positive candidate to supervise our reservations department. This is a high-volume call center, handling reservations for our locations throughout Florida.

Requirements include:

Resort experience including PMS/Resort Management systems.

Management experience, including direct staff supervision and scheduling.

Ability to learn new systems quickly and establish quality control checks and balances.

Ability to work holidays and weekends as required.

Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
