Resort Front Office Manager

Strong leader, excellent motiviator, visionary with a strong background in Timeshare to manage a staff of 10-15 front office associates. Resorts are occuppied 365 days a year and the support staff is on site at least 10-12 hours every day. Training skills, excellent employee relations and a commitment to build a World Class front office team. Ability to interact with guest, staff, contractors from all walks of life.  Able to quickly handle difficult situations, taking responsibility to effectively follow-up and resolve issues.  Must have excellent listening skills and the ability to think quickly and react professionally. Must have a can-do attitude, and the ability to bring a team together to meet the organization's goals.
