In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Job Summary The inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of the units including housekeeping, maintenance, amenities and inventory.  The inspector also acts as a coordinator between Housekeeping and Laundry, Maintenance and Guest Services departments to ensure that rooms are prepared for arrivals. Will inspect rooms daily and prepare work orders for housekeeping and maintenance and follow progress to completion. Will prepare inventory order to ensure adequate replacement supplies for units are maintained.  High school diploma or equivalent Familiar with inventory management, housekeeping practices and standards Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook) Good record keeping and organizational skills Must be able to work independently Excellent communication skills
