Restaurant Dining Room Manager

Tocci Restaurant Group seeks experienced Dining Room Manager for full time position. This is fine dining with an casual innovative approach. Applicant must be organized, professional, and able to coordinate a service staff of 20+ employees. Innovative dining experience and extensive Italian wine knowledge is necessary. Must be able to implement a high standard of customer service and service procedures. We are looking for a hands on person, someone who is willing to jump in when needed and make the perfect dining experience happen for our clientele.
