We seek a self-motivated and independent team player to join us at our headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. As our Inclusion & Diversity Specialist, you will support diversity initiatives and let potential as well as existing team members know we live our values of “If I Can, You Can Too!”

Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment activities, advising new hires of Choice’s inclusion goals & initiative, developing the department’s annual report, and supporting education efforts. You will participate in various committees to support these goals, while coordinating the communication of our diversity message on choicehotels.com and other company media. Other duties include tracking/verifying expenses for the departmental budgets, managing reporting activities and performing other functions as needed.

To Qualify You Must Possess:  
2-4 years of related diversity experienceExcellent written, verbal, listening and interpersonal communication skillsPositive attitude MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeCollege degree preferred
