For more information about ICE, please visit our website at www.iceenterprise.com Position Purpose: The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Direct Sales consumer program including sales and administrative teams. The physical locations for these sales operations will be, but will not limited to, our HOA on site clubhouse locations. Ensuring sales goals are met by effectively managing team efforts, initially conducting sales presentations, eventually overseeing sales staff presentations, training, mentoring, coaching and counseling team members to perform at the highest possible level of accuracy, professionalism and sales performance. The Sales Manager is responsible for administering a smooth sales process at every point of contact with the guest. Sales Manager has direct accountability for ensuring the team has a positive impact on the overall guest experience and that the ICE Products and Services are presented to all guests in a positive and consistent manner – in line with the product definition, all approved marketing programs, all statuary requirements and the Sales Standard Operation Procedures (TBD). Major Duties & Responsibilities Sales Managers fill be resposible for the start up and launch of the Direct Sales effort. During the initial 90 day period of launch, all sales managers will participate in all aspects of the startup and launch of product. This includes initial HOA contract executions, execution of marketing plans, development of Sales Standard Operation Procedures, creation and set up of sales rooms and other duties as required. Sales managers will participate in all aspects of start up in order to develop and learn the process. It is the stated goal of this process to teach these methods to the sales management team in order for them to be able to facilitate and execute these operations on their own in new regions as the Direct Sales efforts expands beyond Phoenix, Arizona. All Sales Managers will be required to receive tours and execute sales presentations for our guests during the initial start up phase of the program. We will not be hiring additional sales staff until marketing and sales facts can be established within the start up process. Once ICE has determined that market penetration and tour flow is sufficient, Sales Managers will rotate out of sales presentations and into closing and management roles. Lead a sales team to exceed team and individual sales, setting performance goals in an environment with high expectations for adherence to policies and procedures.o Introduce ICE Vacation Collection, Registry Vacation and other products as required. Participate in one on one presentations to interested buyers, train sales staff for one on one presentations, providing high energy presentation skills, proper discovery techniques, financial logic and proper closing skills. Sales Managers will be expected to assist agents in closing presentations as a regular part of their responsibilities. o Responsible for the sales floor and administrative staff to insure a smooth, accurate, effective flow of the sales process, including appearance, operations and timely reporting o Direct the sales efforts of the team, overseeing all aspects of the process from initial presentation, individual sales presentations, paperwork flow through contract completion. o Management liaison between sales teams and ICE operations and Executive managemento Perform scheduling, administration management and verification of all paperwork to assure smooth sales and administration processo Train on and oversee quality assurance efforts to maintain a professional, accurate sales processo Ongoing training, counseling, motivating and mentoring of sales team as needed to strengthen overall team and individual performance. Set team and individual goals, manage and measure those goals and provide counseling/retraining for anyone who does not achieve the expected standard.o Track Sales Associate performance and team/site performance statistics on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with training guidelines, Sales SOPs, and Marketing Procedures for self and team members Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Demonstrated public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and excite potential buyers within a sales presentation environment Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, train and motivate a sales force who will be providing individual, one on one sales presentations to guests Demonstrated sales performance, having sold similar products and services within previous employment. Sales Managers will be expected to sell directly to guests in initial stages of the Direct Sales program launch Proven ability to multi-task and manage and be effective in a past paced, high-energy, limited window of opportunity arena Proven ability to coach, counsel, train and motivate a sales team as required to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Driven to provide superior guest service at all points of contact A commitment to excellence and attention to detail A proven understanding of Sales budget principals, Volume Per Tour, Average Sales Price, Cost Per Tour and Sales Incentive percentages Minimum Qualifications for Consideration Ability to work any schedule, any days of the week including weekends. Vacation schedules will be coordinated with the other Sales Management schedules to ensure proper site coverage Must be willing to relocate if necessary. Position will initially be located in Phoenix market, but plans for expansion will involve other states and/or countries Must possess a valid passport, or be eligible to be issued a passport Minimum two years experience selling in face to face sales environment with a proven track record of sales success Minimum two years experience managing a successful sales team, engaged in face to face sales, preferably in a multi-site environment. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and e-mail Preferred Qualifications for Consideration Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or comparable work experience in the sales or marketing arena Travel/Leisure industry experience Sales experience in a guest services environment Working Conditions Sales Managers will be required to take guest tours during start up phase for Direct Sales program Sales Locations are off site, in various Phoenix communities. There are multiple Phoenix sites planned. Sales Locations in other Arizona Markets are possible Sales locations in other states and countries are possible. Nights and weekends are included in the standard work schedule PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing for long periods of time operating sales desk, carrying and transporting sales items – ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
