We are Currently Looking for a SUPERSTAR Sales Manager for our BOSTON Hard Rock Cafe! Not the mosh pit, slam with the music gut grinding kind of experience that lifts your soul with a blast-all beat. Although it could be that, too. More like keeping it fresh and constant and running it smooth. Treating customers to their Hard Rock experience, even more than their craving for great American food. Rock & Roll. But, can you SELL IT??If you can, here's what we’ll need from you: The ability to go out into the community and grab the business and bring it to life in our cafe Experience in cold-calling to generate business Your rolodex-we’ll want to see your contact list and current clients who you have proven success with (Local candiates only, please) Ability to plan an event and see it through to the end- Experience with every kind of event from 10 to 1000 people Able to work within a budget and not scared of the pressure to meet your sales goal Ability to supervise others The love of Rock & Roll Passion to be the best and make everyone around you better!Requirements: College degree Minimum 6 years hospitality sales/service or special event planning experience Minimum 3 year’s promotional marketing/advertising experience Sales & hospitality industry relationships and network (corporate, group tour, hotel, associations) Proven successful sales and marketing initiatives Strong verbal and written presentation skills Effective impacting and influencing skills Ability to travel (valid passport required) Financial acumen to see creative opportunities and operational needs Prior successful brand management experience Prior successful management experience Strong Basic Software competencies/ Excel, Word, PowerPoint Previous experience with CRM or Yield Management softwareYou found us.
