TELEMARKETERS / APPOINTMENT SETTERS We are seeking money motivated individuals to reach unlimited earning potential calling our owners and their referrals to schedule an appointment for a sales presentation or tour.  No cold-calling involved!!  All outbound calls are made directly to our already existing owners and their referrals. WE OFFER: Awesome earning potential (hourly plus commission plus bonus incentives) Full-time / Part-time Shifts Day / Evening Shifts Full benefits within 30 days of hire (including medical, dental and vision) Great 401k program with 6% match and 100% vested upon enrollment Tuition reimbursement Travel Discounts Outstanding working environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·  Initiate phone calls with prospective leads to schedule appointments for "tours". This is subject to quotas/requirements (please see the standard that is referenced in the Owner Referral contract).·  Contact owners prior to setting appointments for additional information concerning the referral.·  Contact leads to confirm scheduled appointments. May need to reschedule if necessary.·  Assist with other Owner Referral functions, such as promotional parties and seminars.·  Complete and mail invitations and confirmation letters for appointments.·  Maintain accurate records for contacts and call backs in the marketing database.·  Other duties/functions as assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:·  No Sales experience?  We will train the right Candidates!!·  One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent experience preferred.·  Minimum of six months customer service, call center or sales experience a plus. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
