VALET GENERAL MANAGER FOR PIZZERIA/OSTERIA MOZZA

Regent Parking, Inc. is seeking a hospitality professional to service as the General Manager for the valet department of Chef Mario Batali & Nancy Silverton's Pizzeria and Osteria Mozza, the 2 finest and busiest restaurants in Los Angeles! It takes 30 days to get reservations at these restaurants! The Valet General Manager is a newly created position within the valet industry. WE are the 1st company to create such a position. You should have a minimum of 2-3 years as a supervisor or manager in the position of Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Assistant Manager, Hotel Guest Service Manager, Hotel Front Desk Supervisor... Your guest service skills must be polished and excellent. We are seeking a hands on manager, not someone who stands around and points what to do.

Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 5:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.

You must have cash handling experience.

This position is responsible for the weekly schedule of 20 valets.

After 120 days probation, health insurance and PTO is available.
This position reports directly to the President of the company.

Base salary is $36,500. You could earn another $6,000 (20%) per year in bonus. With benefits this is a $42,500.00 package. We also provide a dry cleaning allowance and a company cellular phone.
