#5902 - TCM ADVANCED SENIOR PROGRAMMER ANALYST

 Responsibilities:

·  Develops specifications for new and existing systems. 

·  Will deal with clients to determine needs and requirements. 

·  Will provide training to co-workers and prepare presentations.

·  Provide direction on projects and may supervise the work of other members of the project. 

·  Ability to work independently.

·  Develops specifications and technical design for complex projects.

·  Models business processes and data.

·  Assists in creation and execution of test plans for integration and system tests.

·  Designs, codes, tests, and documents programs and sub-systems.

·  Designs systems, sub-systems or program. 

·  Coordinates with co-workers, clients, operations, technical support, and vendors.

·  Interfaces with clients to determine requirements, resolve problems, and perform testing.

·  Analyzes system and program requirements for complex projects. 

·  Identifies multiple solutions to complex problems.

·  Provides direction on projects and may supervise others on specific projects. 

·  Is a resource to others in solving problems and works independently.

·  Prepares presentations and leads meetings.

·  Designs and develops specifications for complex or cross-functional systems and data structures.

·  Analyzes and recommends tools.

·  Plans and completes complex IT projects.

·  Able to clearly communicate complex topics to management and is an effective negotiator.

·  Leads the development of specifications for new and existing systems.

·  Champions standards, SOX, and best practices.

·  Demonstrates advanced understanding of software development and research tools.

·  Leads coordination efforts with co-workers, clients, operations, technical support and venders relationships.

·  Leads analysis and design of complex or cross functional systems and data structures.

·  May have supervisory responsibility over employees.

 

Qualifications 

·  2 year computer science or business degree or equivalent experience.

·  Generally a minimum of 5 years work experience. 

·  Mainframe Experience:

o COBOL

o CICS

o Control-M, Endevor

·  Familiarity with Rational Unified Process.

·  Fundamental concepts of Object oriented analysis, design and implementation. 

·  Client Server Experience

o C++

o Java

o Control-M

o PVCS

 

The salary range for this position is $58,000.00-$77,000.00-$97,000.00.  This position has incentive opportunity.
