Job Description:

Candidate will ensure the timely and accurate collection of revenue from carriers for all divisions of Word & Brown. Will provide excellent customer service to all customers.  Prepare daily deposits received for Word & Brown.  Track and enter incoming commissions for Word & Brown and Contractor Choice.  Research with carriers on monthly basis on commissions not received.  Carrier auditing and billing.  Review carrier commissions ensuring first month commissions are received, monitor and collect missing commission month or incorrectly paid percentages.  Report findings monthly.  Bill carriers for participation in our plans.  Answer incoming calls for broker and carrier inquiries.  Research and follow up as necessary.  Assist in posting of CX deposits into subledgers. Create and maintain desktop procedures for all activities performed.  Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge:

 

Customer service skills.  Must be an innovative, self-starter who is detailed oriented with excellent analytical, delegation and follow up skills.  Some high volume computerized systems experience is preferred.  Must have strong PC skills including Excel and Word.  Past Accounts Receivable coding and processing a must.
