Customer Service Call Center Positions

These positions will receive incoming calls from FSA or COBRA participants in order to answer questions related to their coverage, claims, reimbursements and administration.  A successful representative will maintain a high level of customer service while maintaining a high number of incoming calls.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 year of call center experience preferred
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

 

NO WEEKENDS!SHIFTS BETWEEN 7am-7pm!ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES!
