Account Director, MMIS

Our client is a leader in cost containment for government healthcare programs and the health plans that serve them.  They are currently seeking an Account Director in Dallas to act as a liaison for one of their largest managed care clients.

 

Account Director, MMIS ResponsibilitiesOverall revenue, operations, and client management responsibility for managed care accounts.Identify sources of revenue, preparing, monitoring, and achieving budget and revenue expectations.Working with clients to develop project approach and implementation plan.Oversee development and implementation and directing contract operations.Direct management of staff assigned to service the accounts and ensure client satisfaction.



Account Director, MMIS RequirementsBachelor's degree required with MBA or healthcare related master's degree a plus.3-5 years of experience in large account management in a health care business with P&L responsibility.Detailed knowledge of healthcare coordination of benefits (COB) and strong familiarity with insurance payment processing a must.
