Account Executive - Partner Services

Department: Partner Solutions

Position: Account Executive - Partner Services

 

Purpose:  Homesite’s Partner Services Team plays an integral role in the core management of all partner relationships. We provide services including Project Planning, Issue Resolution, Communication, Training, and Sales Support to current and prospective partners, and to the internal sales force.  Homesite is seeking an intelligent, analytical,energetic individual to contribute to the continued growth and success of our Partner Services Team.

 

Core Job Functions:Develop and maintain project plans for partner marketing, sales, planning, and new initiative activity.Track progress against plan and effectively executes the plan across the organization.Support sales efforts via participation in partner meetings and by actively communicating Partner Services offerings.Lead issue resolution and project execution meetings with partners and internal resources.

 

Sales Support:

· Support and address partner concerns, communication of process changes, marketing efforts, improved customer experiences and supporting of budgeted objectives.

· Handle complex or escalated cases and lead, as appropriate, any efforts to resolve client dissatisfaction of service delivery.


Communications:

·Owner of communications to partners regarding Homesite system and product changes, updates, and enhancements.

· Coordinate timely delivery of Homesite communication necessary to the partner.

 

Process Improvement:

· Develop tracking and escalation processes to address partner related issues and action items.

·Propose, develop and over-see implementation of partner facing project plans.

 

Required Qualifications

·Work history in the property insurance industry.

· Track record of high achievement in a team based and results oriented culture.

· Ability to effectively interact with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.

·Ability to interact with, and influence internal and partner personnel.

·Strong project management skills and experience implementing new marketing, sales or operational programs.

· Above-average written and documentation skills to effectively create and organize project plans, status and general partner communication announcements.

· Prior work experience demonstrating ability to successfully interact with institutional clients relative to execution on project plans and timely and professional issue resolution.

·Confidently master basic MS programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint; SQL database is preferred.

·Some travel required.
