The Account Management Manager will support the achievement of corporate revenue and profit goals through working with the SVP of Account Management, Account Executive’s, other Account Management staff and internal departments to understand, define and communicate client and carrier results, plans, and needs.  This position will work with the Account Executive as the clients’ and carriers’ spokesperson within AGIA as well as act as the primary contact to internal associates for day-to-day projects to ensure client goals are achieved and implemented. Requirements:

 

 Four year post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience required. Insurance Industry coursework desirable.  Ten years working experience required, preferably with insurance carriers/related business.  Insurance industry background related to carrier negotiations.Demonstrated experience in the development of implementation planning documentation.Experience with Direct Mail Marketing highly desirable.Proficient in Windows and MS office, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
