Account Manager/Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

· Delivery of Support Services to Clients

· Processes quotes and renewals

· Enters and maintains equipment records

· Enters invoices, service reports, and work orders

· Customer/vendor contact for problem resolution to obtain missing documentation

· Reconciliation of billed hours compared to service report hours

· Processes claims

· Completes check runs

Ideal Candidate:

· College degree or 3 years business experience

· Strong communication and decision-making skills required 

· Multi-tasking skills

· Ability to negotiate

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills

· High degree of focus and attention to detail

· Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software programs.
