Account Service Rep-Sales

Description:Serves as the customer's primary contact for ongoing service requests (policy changes, billing inquires and other insurance issues). Uses advanced knowledge and experience to counsel customers on commercial property & casualty insurance/risk management issues. Builds and maintains relationships with key customer contacts and internal service partners. Assists sales producers with the efforts to acquire and retain profitable business.Qualifications:Requires an extensive knowledge of property/casualty insurance coverages, rating plans and underwriting standards. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Excellent organizational, math and analytical skills are required. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook as normally obtained through an Associate's degree or at least three years of relevant experience. Maintains technical proficiency and continuing education requirements by staying current in insurance products/services.
