Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsible for the accurate and timely financial reporting of the commission accounts receivable. Responsible for researching POS accounts receivable balances in order to maintain balances less than 30 days aged. 1. Review aged commission accounts receivable on a carrier basis as assigned to keep balances less than 30 days past due. Duties include working with carrier for payment, and identification of the causes of delays in payment by the carrier.
2. Provide assistance with Accounts Receivable transactions. Write off of balances in Lawson GL, and manual application of cash to AR balances.
3. Assist management and provide other special reporting and project work as directed by the Director of Finance and Vice-President of Finance.
4. Ad-Hoc projects


1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
2. Collections experience helpful

3. Good understanding of general accounting.
4. Must have Excel and Pivot Table knowledge.
