Adjuster Trainee

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for claim professionals for a Monday through Friday shift for our San Antonio claims office. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written a must. Bilingual skills a plus. Ideal candidate should enjoy conflict resolution, negotiating, and investigating. Must have good organizational skills and work well in a fast paced environment.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

As a dedicated claims representative, you will: interpret the insurance policy and apply exposure of the claim to fulfill our obligations to the policy holder; investigate all exposures to determine cause, scope, and extent or damages and/or liability and possible subrogation potential; evaluate claim for purposes of setting reserves and making appropriate payment; document all claim activity to support the outcome initiatives; guide policy holder through the claim process to ensure understanding.

World-class customer service and communication skills required within a team environment. Full training will be provided.
