The Service Delivery and Operations Department at MetLife Auto & Home is seeking an individual with strong communication and organization skills for a part time Administrative Associate who will coordinate and distribute communications to our sales representatives. This position will support the Communication Consultants and Manager positions. This job demonstrates full proficiency in handling assignments independently, accurately and timely. Receive, log and distribute incoming communication requests. Release advance notifications and final communications following procedures. Posts documents to technology platforms. Submits draft communications through the Sales Material Review System and tracks approvals. Supports quality control by proofreading final communications and documenting measures. Prepares weekly communication meeting agenda and meeting minutes. Handles special projects as needed. What You Need to Succeed: A high school diploma is preferred but not required. Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Word is required and some knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus. Solid knowledge of grammar and language. Ability to clearly write and edit documents.
