In addition, this individual will assist in the processing of all insured's MVR paperwork, provide critical back-up to the Receptionist as well as the Office Services staff in our Bedford, NH office. This individual will serve as a back up for stamping registration policies. This position may handle various Office Services projects such as ordering cell phones, blackberries, computers and preferential for the region. The Administrative Coordinator may maintain the Disaster Recovery Plan and other Office Services duties as required.Candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, posess strong verbal and written communication skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
