Administrative Sales Coordinator

Company Background:We are a employee benefits/insurance agency that has been providing innovative employee benefits solutions to our clients for over 40 years.  We are one of the top five small group benefits brokers in the DFW area.  Our unique approach to designing and maintaining employee benefit packages has enabled our clients to get more value from their benefits program, use their resources more efficiently and manage their benefit risk more effectively.

 

General Position Description:  Coordinates sales and renewal proposal activity.  Reports to Vice President of Operations.



Job Responsibilities:  Candidates must:

· Have strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

· Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners

· Be able to work with short deadlines and turn around times on proposals in order to support Brokers

· Send out Request for Proposals (RFPs) to carriers and track and follow up on responses

· Develop formal proposals using Excel

· Maintain product knowledge of various products and numerous carriers

 

 

Job Requirements:  We are ideally seeking candidates that have a strong knowledge of insurance concepts. Must be able to multi-task and support 7 Brokers.
