WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?Assists in the development of training and support materials for Agency Serves as an Agency/Sales liaison between all product areas (including external business partners), general departments, and field associates Presents new products, material, or programs and/or interacts with sales associates at National Agency Convention and/or zone sales meetings Reviews agent/field suggestions and makes recommendations Provides subject matter expertise on assigned projects such as developing solutions related to workflows between agents and other areas Develops and communicates business processes, system changes, and procedures for Agency/Sales information, product assignment, and referral systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This opportunity is for a Business Analyst in the Customer Access - Metrics and Analytics team Customer Access is about obtaining new customers to State Farm in the manner in which customers wish to conduct business, while still connecting them with a State Farm agent. Currently the team's main focus is utilization of After Hours Quote and Bind (AHQB), the Internet, and 1-800 toll free numbers to connect potential customers to State Farm. The Metrics and Analytics team is responsible reporting and analytics of implemented initiatives as well as contributing to feasibility studies and evaluating tests for new initiatives or enhancements to existing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Project coordination for development of Cross Access Metrics Reporting Tool. This tool uses the Business Objects reporting and analytics platform to provide key metrics for quotes, sales, retention and profitability of business coming to State Farm from different access points (agent, AHQB, and Internet)
- Report development and analytics of information obtained from Cross Access Metrics Reporting Tool.
- Primary contact point for questions from business partners using the Cross Access Metrics Reporting Tool.
- Determine and communicate the impact of marketing campaigns on key AHQB and online metrics.
- Evaluate, summarize, and recommend changes to existing Customer Access related initiatives and implementation of new initiatives.
- Act as a resource other areas of Agency for efforts requiring detailed analytics.
- Assist in the compilation and delivery of presentations and communications regarding Customer Access initiatives.
