This position also includes working with Claims Dept contacts, acting as a key liason to ensure all customer/Ins dept inquiries are fully addressed as well as responding to customer inquiries that may come via email. Advanced oral and written communications skills and advanced customer service skills are required.Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
