Americas Operations Specialist

The Americas Operations Specialist will help develop and implement business planning, management reporting, performance management and other administrative processes focused on achieving the America’s strategic and financial goals. This position will partner with the Americas Broking Chief Administrative Officer on all of these initiatives, and will act as a liaison with Broking staff, Finance, IT, Human Resources and Business Intelligence on daily activities and projects.

 Act as a liaison to Corporate Finance, IT, Human Resources, Specialties and Broking staff.Actively monitor and manage the annual Business Planning and Budgeting process.  Work with Area Managers and other areas to develop business plans, growth targets, expenses and budget information.Provide reporting to account for variances in budget verses actuals by client and by region.Actively monitor and manage regional P&Ls.  In partnership with Finance, identify and analyze monthly variances. Work with Broking to fully understand financial drivers and determine any actions that need to be taken.Review and report on monthly client revenue. Ensure BSAs are incorporated into the client revenue reporting.Develop and maintain management activity reports for new business development activity and new business pipeline.Work with Human Resources to drive the Performance Management process for Broking to ensure colleague accountability and Broking direction. Act as liaison with IT on a daily basis on any technology related issues and initiatives as established by the Americas Broking Management.Work on projects as assigned.  Look for ways to improve efficiency through process, and improving management information.5 years of prior Reinsurance experience in capturing and reporting on management information.7 to 10 years of financial analysis experience.
