Description:RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs data mining and analysis in support of Corporate/Company/Region/Agency requests including loss information, trend analysis, results monitoring; supports rate and agency review processes. Reviews portfolio and individual accounts for plans and performance to plan regarding pricing and quality in support of operational reviews. 2. With moderate supervision, assists with the analysis of state and line of business market results for company, regions and agencies. 3. Reviews exception processing results. Recommends systems enhancements and opportunities to streamline processing. Maintains agency tables for assignment and processing of exception referrals. 4. Assists with the research and preparation of lines of business and state specific rules and plans for systems and tool enhancements, i.e., PLIQ, AION, PLUS, and Predictive Modeling. 5. Manages the change request process including the coordination of testing. Prepares and executes user acceptance testing templates and validation of test plan and system functionality. 6. Prepares documentation and provides training resources for field offices in support of new products; assists training of customer service representatives on new and enhanced systems functionality and products.Qualifications:EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Industry certification such as the API and/or CPCU is preferred.
