Roster Financial is a “true, valued-added, multiple product line” national marketing organization structured to take top producers to the next level. While many other marketers provide excellent support for a single product line, our specialists have expertise in a wide variety of areas, including life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care and disability insurance. Position Summary:

Promote, market, and educate the agents on company’s products and services using effective sales and marketing techniques.







This is an inside sales position.







Responsibilities:Promote and sell company products by providing innovative sales ideas and creative ways for the agent to market these products to their clients. Train agents on products and case design to facilitate sales goals for marketer and Roster Financial.Educate agents on industry changes including new products and programs. Mentor new agents and solicit new contracts and new business from existing agents.Promote Roster Financial’s value added programs and incentives. Introduce and encourage agents to attend available workshops and seminars.Identify and maintain contract with agents, through follow up on product quotes, materials sent to agents and thank you calls for new business received.Provide agent with support and problem solving in all areas.

Qualifications:

Prior industry experience, computer literacy, self promotion, team player, professional attitude, goal oriented







Required:

Prior marketing/sales/customer service/telemarketing experience







Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, industry specific, prior marketing/sales experience
