Work electronic error reports generated from the loading of employer groupeligibility files into BSC systems.

Processes new member enrollment and changes based off the electronic errorreports.

Responsible for enrolling and making changes based on urgent requests fromemployer groups, producers or sales.

Perform root cause analysis of errors and coordinate with employer groups orinternal BSC employees to ensure errors do not occur in the future.

Processes health plan applications with a high degree of accuracy.

Analyzes applications for completeness and eligibility criteria.

Communicates with group contacts, producers and sales on a daily basis.

Associate level requires High school diploma or GED and three to six months’data entry experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of educationand experience.

Intermediate level requires High school diploma or GED and two years experiencein installation processing, claims processing and/or member/customer service orrelated function, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to enter and retrieve data using standard keyboard functions.

Ability to meet heavy deadlines and follow detailed procedures.

Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.

Proficiency with Windows based PC applications, including the Internet.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmentregulations

Ability to write business correspondence and effectively respond to questionsfrom brokers, agents and employees.

Requires High school diploma or GED and three to six months clerical experienceand/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to enter and retrieve data using standard keyboard functions.

Familiarity with Windows based PC applications.
