Associate Manager, Claim Business Analyst

Everest National Insurance Company, a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking an Associate Manager, Claim Business Analyst for our headquarters in Liberty Corner, NJ (exit 33 off I-78).The Claim Business Analyst primary responsibilities include adhoc reporting and new claim system development and testing.Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Performing claim coding error research and resolution with claim service providersTesting system modificationsProviding operational support for ad hoc reportingSystem training for users and business partnersMaintenance of various databases and spread sheetsPerformance Competencies:This position requires a detail and service oriented individual who is highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility, strong organizational and problem solving skills are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary. Qualifications and Experience : A college degree or equivalent insurance work experience3 to 5 years property and casualty insurance or reinsurance experienceProficient in Micro Soft Excel, Word, and AccessPrior experience in system testing is a plus
