If so, then we have a great opportunity for you as a Claims Examiner on our Auto Liability team. As an Auto Liability Claims Examiner you will: Use your strong decision making skills to identify the critical information necessary to investigate senior level bodily injury claims, collision and comprehensive, including, but not limited to broken bones, fractures, amputations, etc. You will showcase your analytical skills to adjust settlement of claims based on the facts developed and utilize your exceptional communication and empathy skills to educate and negotiate with the customer. You will strengthen your already successful multi-tasking skills, excelling in a fast paced environment. You will ensure proper documentation and correspondence on all claims. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree preferred 3+ yrs of Bodily Injury claims experience; mediation experience a plus. We will consider senior level candidates for the right skill set. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong written skills to properly document files Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers Strong negotiation skills, ability to analyze information with a critical eye Possess successful time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment Excellent working knowledge of Ms Office Working hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday There is no relocation assistance for this position.
