As an Auto Liability Non-Injury Claims Examiner you will: Use your strong decision making skills to investigate claims, and you will showcase your analytical skills to arrange settlement of claims based on fact. You will use your strong investigative skills to secure information and will utilize your exceptional communication skills to educate and negotiate with the customer. You will strengthen your already successful multi-tasking skills, by excelling in a fast paced environment. You will ensure proper documentation and correspondence on all claims. If you have a desire to learn and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, come be a part of our growth! Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelors Degree plus 1-2 yrs customer service experience; or equivalent work experience handling liability claims. Proven interpersonal and customer service skills Strong communication, analytical and decision making skills Strong experience with Microsoft Office software Desire to learn and develop professionally Prior experience in a fast-paced, multiple priority, customer-focused environment No relocation assistance provided. We offer a fully paid 3 week training program in Indianapolis during which you will receive a variety of computer based and classroom training focused on developing core skills and knowledge in liability investigation, analysis, and evaluation.
