The Management Training Program prepares an individual for a supervisor-level position within our property claim office. The program offers an opportunity to learn about all aspects of property claims and gain an understanding of how other departments work. The theory is that nothing can better prepare you for leading a team than gaining significant, substantial experience under the mentorship of experienced coaches. Insurance experience is not required but the desire and ability to lead and make a difference is. Working within the program will provide rapid advancement potential for success-oriented people. The trainee will learn to investigate, confirm coverage, establish damages, and negotiate settlement of claims.
