Bilingual Call Center Representative

We are a small division of a major company providing membership and insurance products to our clients and customers. This is a fast paced, dynamic organization with a strong focus on teamwork. We are looking for bilingual customer service/sales oriented individuals with inbound/outbound call center experience to join our team. Shift:  10:00am – 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

· Research and resolve insurance and membership service problems in coordination with appropriate individuals, and assisting in coordinating solutions to these issues.

· Work to save/retain customers

· Conduct appropriate research and initiate appropriate written correspondence with members as necessary

· Provide complete and accurate information to all member inquires

REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 2 years inbound/outbound call center customer service work experience

· Sales/telemarketing and/or retention experience preferred 

· Bilingual capability, specifically Spanish, highly desired

· Background in the healthcare/insurance industry beneficial

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel)

· Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

· A stable work history and great attendance record

This is a full-time, permanent position with a growing company near O’hare Airport.  We offer great benefits and public transportation (Cumberland Blue Line) will drop you off at our door!  Hours of our call center are Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm- no third shifts or weekends!
