Bilingual Customer Service Clerk

Houston, TX 77022 Full Time, Employee Customer Support/Client Care Less than 1 Year Infinity Insurance, a national provider of automobile insurance, is looking to fill a Bilingual Customer Service Clerk position in our Houston, TX office. This position will provide quotes for insurance coverage including auto, life, health, commercial, etc., to meet the customer's needs. Customer Service Clerks will assist customers with other services provided in the Center including check cashing, money grams, bill payment, wire transfers, notary, faxes, copying, etc. Requirements:1. Prior customer service experience required. 2. Notary, sales and cash handling experience preferred. 3. Familiarity with the use of PCs and typing at 25 WPM with a 95% accuracy ratio. 4. Experience in the insurance industry preferred. 5. Bilingual English/Spanish skills required. 6. Above average communication skills and the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner at all times. 7.
