Protecting what matters most.Bilingual Field Agent - Insurance  Primary Responsibilities Include:· Productively telemarketing all potential lead sources or current campaigns, making outbound follow up calls on previously contacted clients, as well as mining outside sources of leads for insurance products· Working closely with office personnel to sell insurance to new mortgage customers· Inbound and Outbound calls for assigned geographic location and working with office personnel on generating insurance business from other lead sources in the geographic area· Focusing on lead efficiency and effectiveness by working all lead sources in a professional and timely manner in order to maximize each individual lead's potential and cross-selling products· Executing business/action plans as developed and outlined with the Field Agent Sales Manager which will cover target activity and production goals far in excess of the required minimums A Successful Candidate Will Have:· High school diploma or equivalent· 1+ year of experience in an insurance or customer service setting, preferably within a professional telemarketing department· 1+ year of experience rating, quoting and selling/servicing property and casualty insurance· Bilingual ability to write, read and speak fluent English and Vietnamese· Valid P&C Insurance license with no compliance issues· Proven ability to be self motivated with a focus on achieving high levels of production· Proficiency in such current computer software packages as Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word· Effective interpersonal communications skills required (telephone selling skills and telephone etiquette)· Knowledge of divisional products and services· Knowledge of the laws surrounding telemarketing sales, the sale of casualty and property insurance· Ability to manage time effectively and make optimal use of sales leads The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
