Job ID: 17198 Posting Title: Bill Review Team Manager Working Location: Schaumburg, IL Employment Status: Full-Time Job Summary: Provides day-to-day management of a team of medical bill review analysts, in addition to Quality Assurance analysts. Manages the daily review and processing of physician, hospital and technical service provider billings in accordance with contracts and national/community standards. Assesses the team members success against production standards, quality accuracy goals, as well as the core competencies of their position. In addition to staff oversight, the qualified candidate will assure department metrics are being achieved using forecasting models, staffing models as well as current and historical data to analyze volume and industry trends. Job Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent4 or more years of supervisory experience in a production environment. Medical bill review, medical claims or insurance industry experience strongly preferred. Excel experience a plus.MS Office proficiency.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
