Billing Representative

 Brokerage Concepts, Inc. a growing company in the health insurance industry, has been in business for over 30 years, part of the HealthNow Corporation with over 2000 employees has an opportunity available for a Billing Representative to work at our King of Prussia, PA location.

Responsibilities include: Process and review of eligibility received electronically, hard copy or via e-services based each client’s eligibility requirements; Responsible for premium accounting; Communicating the monthly fixed costs invoices to clients; Review and process of renewals and rate changes on the FACTS system; HIPAA Administration, both sending and reviewing of certificates; Client communication for payment status and eligibility issues; Processing ID cards requests and creation and auditing of vendor statements for payment.

Candidate must posses the ability to meet deadline requirements and be detail-oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access preferred.  Excellent communication and organizational skills required. College degree, preferably in accounting or business or equivalent accounting experience is preferred.
