BRANCH CLAIMS MANAGER


Our 44 experienced adjusters and investigators are fact finders who assist in the investigation, inspection, evaluation and adjustment of Commercial and Personal line Casualty and Property claims. A rare position as the Branch Manager of our San Bruno/San Francisco office has become available.

With strong organizational and exceptional interpersonal skills, the desired candidate should possess strong work and personal ethics, be self motivated,and team service oriented.

The selected candidate must be dependable, have a minimum of 14 years Casualty ( including commercial) Insurance experience in the field, supervisoral experience and possess excellent oral,analytical and computer skills. The ability to provide accurate and timely reports to our customers is critical. Prior experience as a Independent Adjuster, and or property experience is a plus, but not required.

The current position requires a dependable vehicle as travel is limited to San Francisco and San Mateo counties. 

The position would oversee claim operations for the office, its adjusters, management of branch files and also involve field claim investigations.  All managers with Koning and Associates carry a pending of claim files themselves.
